1. Service Description

This service ("the Service"), operated by McCodeIT Limited trading as Lost Found Hub, facilitates the return of lost property between finding companies and their rightful owners. We act as an intermediary broker and do not take ownership of any items in the process.

2. Liability Limitations

2.1. Our maximum liability for any lost, damaged, or misdelivered item is limited to £100, regardless of the item's actual value.

2.2. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to items
• Items lost or damaged by postal/courier services
• Claims made after delivery confirmation
• Consequential losses of any kind

3. Shipping and Insurance

3.1. Multiple shipping options are available, with varying levels of insurance coverage.

3.2. Customers are strongly advised to select shipping methods with appropriate insurance coverage for their item's value.

3.3. We are not liable for losses exceeding the insurance coverage of the selected shipping method.

4. Acceptance of Terms

4.1. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.2. If you don't want to use the service, please arrange to have your item collected from the property.
